Australia Post recently helped the Australian Film Institute (AFI) celebrate its fiftieth
anniversary with a special release of stamps featuring the favourite five Australian films of all time.
Now we want to hear from the next generation of film makers.
Next Meeting 10/6/09
At the next meeting we will be showing the entries for our first video competition. Also Reinfrid will be showing some video tutorials on recording audio out in the field.
Also Show and Tell You are invited to bring " items of interest” to show.

CLUB NEWS
Members are reminded that our June meeting is the last meeting run by the present committee with our annual general meeting to be held on the 8th July 2009. During our next meeting on the 10th June we will call for nominations from members who would like to become involved in the new committee in any role capacity, and we strongly encourage all members to consider standing for any position on the club committee.
Under the rules of our constitution the names of members nominating for any position on the new committee will be published in our newsletter prior to the election on the 8th July 2009. In the event of more than one person standing for any position on the committee, members will be asked to vote to elect the new committee representative at our annual general meeting to be held on the 8th July 2009.
If only one person nominates for any position they will be elected unopposed without members having to vote.
